Spiritual Direction

A 60 minute one on one session every four to six weeks.
Cost: $75 per session

A 90-minute session of group spiritual direction, facilitated by a trained spiritual director within a small group of no more than 6 people, provides space for two presenters, each followed by group reflection. This format allows for a broader experience of reflection and listening, as multiple listeners engage deeply with each presenter's journey in encountering God and discerning His presence and invitations.
Cost: $50 per person per session

As a pastor myself, I understand the unique challenges faced by ministry leaders in caring for the souls of others while attending to their own spiritual needs. At Wellspring Spiritual Direction, we offer a dedicated space where you can focus on your own journey and experience the care and love of God. Our 60-minute one-on-one sessions, available every four to six weeks, provide the support and nourishment you need to thrive in your ministry.
Cost: $75 per session
Supervision
Supervision follows a template similar to spiritual direction but is focused on the spiritual director themselves and their practice. It provides a space for directors to prayerfully reflect on their experiences and questions about guiding others in spiritual direction. The goal of supervision is to foster interior freedom for presence with directees and to support ongoing growth in the spiritual director's role.

We offer 90-minute supervision sessions designed for peer groups of spiritual directors, with no more than 6 participants per group. Facilitated by a trained supervisor, each session provides space for two presenters, followed by group reflection. This peer group supervision practice benefits from a broader experience of reflection and listening, enhancing the learning and support for each participant.
Cost: $50 per person per session.
JOURNEY with Jesus: Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius
Journey with Jesus is a nine month (37 week) retreat in daily life. The retreat typically begins in October and concludes in May. The total cost for the retreat is $1500.00, which can be paid monthly. This includes most materials and all spiritual direction sessions.
